Minimum age: 16 years (born in 2009 and earlier)

• M/F 23 – younger than 23 years old (born 2003–2009)
• M/F – 23 to 29 years old (born 1996–2002)
• M/F 30 – 30 to 39 years old (born 1986–1995)
• M/F 40 – 40 to 49 years old (born 1976–1985)
• M/F 50 – 50 to 59 years old (born 1966–1975)
• M/F 60 – 60 to 69 years old (born 1956–1965)

Rules in a nutshell:

• The team may have maximum 10 members (M and F)
• The placement includes top 4 results from the team
• There is only one mixed category – everyone competes together
• No separate registration is required for teams – all members register individually.

• Goldfish – 400 meters – from 4 to 6 years old (born in 2019 to 2021)
• Small sardines – 800 meters – from 7 to 9 years old (born in 2016 to 2018)
• Dolphins – 1,200 meters from 10 to 12 years old (born in 2013 to 2015)
• Baby sharks – 1,600 meters from 13 to 14 years old (born in 2011 to 2012)
