M/F Seniors – 23 to 29 years old (born 1997 to 2003)
M/F 30 – 30 to 39 years old (born 1987 to 1996)
M/F 40 – 40 to 49 years old (born 1977 to 1986)
M/F 50 – 50 to 59 years old (born 1967 to 1976)
M/F 60 – 60 to 69 years old (born 1957 to 1966)
M/F 70+ – older than 70 years (born in 1956 and earlier)

The minimum age to participate is 16 years old (born in 2010 and earlier)

Rules in a nutshell:

• The team may have maximum 10 members (M and F)
• The placement includes top 4 results from the team
• There is only one mixed category – everyone competes together
• No separate registration is required for teams – all members register individually.

Delfinići - 1,200 meters from 10 to 12 years old (born 2014 to 2016)
Young sharks – 1,600 meters from 13 to 14 years old (born 2012 to 2013)
