Help the person sit up and offer them water.
Notify the nearest volunteer who will contact the medical team.
The participant is required to be physically and medically fit, and adequately prepared to take part in the race!

As organizers, we advise all competitors to have valid health insurance before participating in the race. Although medical staff will be present, insurance allows for coverage of costs in case of unforeseen medical interventions.
