Start Zone Selection: During registration, participants choose their start zone based on their estimated finish time.
Estimated time: Competitors should enter realistic forecast time which will allow them to choose the appropriate starting zone and ensure a safe and efficient start to the race.
Half marathon starting zones
Men:
ELITE (under 1:20)
ZONE A (1:20 – 1:45)
Women:
ELITE (under 1:30)
ZONE A (1:30 – 1:45)
Men and women:
ZONE B (1:45 – 2:00)
ZONE C (2:00 – 2:15)
ZONE D (2:15 – 2:30)
ZONE E (above 2:30)
Marathon starting zones
Men:
ELITE (under 2:40)
ZONE A (2:40 – 3:30)
Women:
ELITE (under 3:00)
ZONE A (3:00 – 3:30)
Men and women:
ZONE B (3:30 – 4:00)
ZONE C (4:00 – 4:30)
ZONE D (4:30 – 5:00)
ZONE E (above 5:00)
Change of starting zone:
Changing the starting zone after registration is possible with the organizer's approval, but must be done before registration closes. Change is not possible on race day. To change the starting zone, you need to contact the organizer via email bokeskimaraton@gmail.com

Please enter your realistic expected running time when registering, as this is the basis for determining the starting zones. Incorrect information may lead to unnecessary crowds and disrupt the course of the race and the conditions for other participants.
Competitors who do not adhere to their chosen starting zone may be disqualified as such behavior disrupts the organization and jeopardizes the experience of other runners.
