Withdrawal before the race:
- Participants are not required to inform the organizer about their withdrawal.
- Paid registration fees are non-refundable.
- Participants can request transfer your application to another person no later than 1 December 2026, with a fee of €10.
Quitting during the race:
- Participants who do not feel capable of finishing the race may contact volunteers or the medical team along the course.
- The organizer may disqualify a participant if it is determined that their health condition does not allow them to continue the race.
Refunds and reimbursement:
- Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of race cancellation by the organizer.
- In case of race cancellation due to severe weather, emergency situations, or force majeure, the organizer may offer the option of transferring the registration fee to the following year or to another running event.
- If the race is postponed to a new date, the registration remains valid and a refund is not possible.
- The organizer is not responsible for travel and accommodation expenses in the event of race cancellation or date change.
