GROUP APPLICATIONS \u2013 INSTRUCTIONS AND CONDITIONS
<\/strong>
Organize your arrival at the Boka Marathon as a team and take advantage of the advantages of group registration:

\u25cf cheaper entry fee for marathon and half marathon (\u201320%);
\u25cf simpler and unified administration of registrations;
\u25cf coordinated performance of a club, company or team;
\u25cf the possibility of merging multiple clubs into one group;
\u25cf one free name change per participant within the group;
\u25cf easier organization of arrival and stay.

Group registration is available for marathon and half marathon races, with a minimum of 10 participants (participants in 10K race and Supplement Store 5K Fun Run may be part of a group, but without a discount).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
<\/strong>
STEP 1
<\/strong>Please fill out the Excel spreadsheet at the bottom of this page.

Important<\/strong>: do not change the structure of the document (do not add or delete rows\/columns), otherwise the application will not be valid.

STEP 2<\/strong>
Send the completed table as the final list of registered members to email grupe.bokeskimaraton@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>

STEP 3
<\/strong>Based on the submitted list, we will send you a preliminary invoice for the total group entry fee.

Payment is made:
\u25cf international bank transfer (for foreign payments);
\u25cf to the bank account (for payments within Montenegro).

STEP 4
<\/strong>After completing the payment, please send us a confirmation of the transaction.

STEP 5<\/strong>
Upon receipt of payment, we will upload your list to the system.
This completes the registration, and all participants receive confirmation of registration.

The deadline for completing the group registration (including STEP 5) is:

DEADLINE 2 \u2013 until 30.09.2026.<\/strong>

Supplement Store Fun Run \u2013 \u20ac25

Note:<\/strong> The 10 km race and the Supplement Store 5 km Fun Run are not eligible for a discount; however, participants are counted towards the total group size.

CHANGES TO APPLICATIONS
<\/strong>
Subsequent addition of members to the group is not possible.
After completing the registration, one change per participant is allowed, no later than 1 December 2026.
<\/strong>All changes are sent together in one email.

Example:<\/strong>
If a group is registered on October 16, 2026 with 25 members, all changes (cancellations and substitutions) are sent at once, no later than December 1, 2026.

Changes after that period or on the spot are charged \u20ac10 per member.

IMPORTANT NOTES
<\/strong>
Each participant must collect their race bib in person (collection on behalf of another person is not permitted).
A race bib will not be issued if:

a) incorrect data about the country was entered (downloading is only possible with a document from the home country);
b) the application was made under a nickname or shortened name.

It is possible to combine members from several clubs into one group.

TECHNICAL NOTE
<\/strong>
The Excel table must be filled out exactly as instructed, without changing the structure, so that automatic entry into the system is possible.
