{"id":1025,"date":"2025-06-15T16:49:30","date_gmt":"2025-06-15T14:49:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bokamarathon.com\/?post_type=rule&#038;p=1025"},"modified":"2025-12-22T19:17:02","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T18:17:02","slug":"odustajanje-od-trke-i-refundacija","status":"publish","type":"rule","link":"https:\/\/bokamarathon.com\/en\/rule\/odustajanje-od-trke-i-refundacija\/","title":{"rendered":"Withdrawal from the race and refund policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Withdrawal before the race<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Participants are <strong>not required<\/strong> to inform the organizer about their withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Paid registration fees are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants can request <strong>transfer your application<\/strong> to another person no later than 1 December 2026, with a fee of \u20ac10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quitting during the race<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants who do not feel capable of finishing the race may contact volunteers or the medical team along the course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The organizer may <strong>disqualify a participant<\/strong> if it is determined that their health condition does not allow them to continue the race.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Refunds and reimbursement<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Registration fees are non-refundable<\/strong>, except in the event of race cancellation by the organizer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">In case of <strong>race cancellation due to severe weather, emergency situations, or force majeure<\/strong>, the organizer may offer the option of <strong>transferring the registration fee<\/strong> to the following year or to another running event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">If the <strong>race is postponed to a new date<\/strong>, the registration remains valid and a refund is not possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The organizer <strong>is not responsible for travel and accommodation expenses<\/strong> in the event of race cancellation or date change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"rule-category":[20],"class_list":["post-1025","rule","type-rule","status-publish","hentry","rule-category-prijave"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/bokamarathon.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/rule\/1025","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/bokamarathon.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/rule"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/bokamarathon.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/rule"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/bokamarathon.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1025"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"rule-category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/bokamarathon.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/rule-category?post=1025"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
