{"id":1508,"date":"2025-10-23T18:13:21","date_gmt":"2025-10-23T16:13:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bokamarathon.com\/?post_type=rule&#038;p=1508"},"modified":"2025-10-23T18:18:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T16:18:20","slug":"otkazivanje-manifestacije","status":"publish","type":"rule","link":"https:\/\/bokamarathon.com\/en\/rule\/otkazivanje-manifestacije\/","title":{"rendered":"Event cancellation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>EVENT CANCELLATION IN CASE OF EXTREME CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of cancellation of the Boka Marathon for justified reasons (force majeure, security or weather conditions), the entry fees paid will be refunded. <strong>they don&#039;t return<\/strong>, already <strong>are automatically transferred to subsequent editions of the event<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transferring in progress <strong>gradually<\/strong>, depending on capacity and organizational capabilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>part of the registered participants will be <strong>carried over to next year<\/strong>,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the remaining part will be <strong>spread over subsequent releases<\/strong>, until all participants have used their participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The organizer will <strong>notify all participants in a timely manner<\/strong> about the dynamics of the transfer and the year in which their participation will be activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This decision may be made prior to the start of the race if conditions are deemed unsafe.
