Competitors wishing to compete in the elite category are required to complete the application form below, which must include proof of previous results. Valid proof is an official result certificate or a link to an official ranking list from an AIMS race.
The result must be achieved within the period of 12 months before the date of the Boka Marathon.
After the application is reviewed and if the criteria for elite status are met, candidates will be sent a unique code via email. This code is entered during regular registration and provides free entry, as well as access to the elite starting zone.
Elite competitors – qualification standards
For the men's elite category, the following qualification standards must be met:
- Half Marathon: under 1:10:00
- Marathon: under 2:30:00
For the women's elite category, the qualification standards are:
- Half Marathon: under 1:20:00
- Marathon: under 2:50:00
